### sec.190 Power of person acting for another person
To remove any doubt, it is declared that, in relation to an application or other matter under this Act—
a person’s agent is able to do, in accordance with the terms of the person’s authorisation as agent, anything that the person could do; and
a child’s parent is able to do anything that the child could do if the child were an adult.

(sec.190-ssec.1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that, in relation to an application or other matter under this Act— a person’s agent is able to do, in accordance with the terms of the person’s authorisation as agent, anything that the person could do; and a child’s parent is able to do anything that the child could do if the child were an adult.
