### sec.180 Operation of Public Records Act 2023
Without limiting section 4 , this Act does not affect the provisions of the Public Records Act 2023 relating to the giving of access to documents by the Queensland State Archives.
Without limiting section 6 , the Public Records Act 2023 does not prevent a person being given access to a document in the custody of Queensland State Archives to which a person may be given access under this Act.
