### sec.17 Meaning of entity to which this Act does not apply
In this Act, an entity to which this Act does not apply means—
an entity mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 ; or
an entity mentioned in schedule 2 , part 2 in relation to the function mentioned in that part.
- (a) an entity mentioned in schedule 2 , part 1 ; or
- (b) an entity mentioned in schedule 2 , part 2 in relation to the function mentioned in that part.
