### sec.168 Intervention by Attorney-General
The Attorney-General may, for the State, intervene in a proceeding before a court arising out of the performance of the functions of the information commissioner under this Act.
If the Attorney-General intervenes—
the court may make the order as to costs against the State the court considers appropriate; and
the Attorney-General becomes a party to the proceeding.
(sec.168-ssec.1) The Attorney-General may, for the State, intervene in a proceeding before a court arising out of the performance of the functions of the information commissioner under this Act.
(sec.168-ssec.2) If the Attorney-General intervenes— the court may make the order as to costs against the State the court considers appropriate; and the Attorney-General becomes a party to the proceeding.
