### sec.157 Resignation
The RTI commissioner may resign by signed notice given to the Minister.
As soon as practicable after the notice is given to the Minister, the Minister must—
give the notice to the Governor for information; and
give a copy of the notice to—
the Speaker of the Assembly; and
the chairperson of the parliamentary committee.
Failure to comply with subsection (2) does not affect the effectiveness of the resignation.
(sec.157-ssec.1) The RTI commissioner may resign by signed notice given to the Minister.
