### sec.153 Remuneration and conditions
The RTI commissioner must be paid remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
The remuneration paid to the commissioner must not be reduced during the commissioner’s term of office without the commissioner’s written agreement.
In relation to matters not provided for by this Act, the commissioner holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council.
