### sec.148 Role and function of RTI commissioner The RTI commissioner’s role is that of a deputy to the information commissioner, with particular responsibility for matters relating to the information commissioner’s functions under this Act. The RTI commissioner’s function is to perform the functions of the information commissioner under this Act to the extent the functions are delegated to the RTI commissioner by the information commissioner.
