### sec.141 Restriction on outside employment
The information commissioner must not, without the Minister’s prior approval in each particular case—
hold any office of profit other than that of information commissioner; or
engage in any remunerative employment or undertaking outside the duties of the office.
Contravention of subsection (1) is misconduct under section 160 (a) .
