### sec.13 Meaning of document of a Minister In this Act, document , of a Minister, means a document, other than a document of an agency or a document to which this Act does not apply, in the possession, or under the control, of the Minister that relates to the affairs of an agency, and includes— a document to which the Minister is entitled to access; and a document in the possession, or under the control, of a member of the staff of, or a consultant to, the Minister in the person’s capacity as member or consultant. Minister is defined to include an Assistant Minister—see schedule 5 . s 13 amd 2012 No. 6 s 27 sch amdts 2(1)(g), (2); 2017 No. 17 s 258 sch 1 - (a) a document to which the Minister is entitled to access; and - (b) a document in the possession, or under the control, of a member of the staff of, or a consultant to, the Minister in the person’s capacity as member or consultant.
