### sec.129 Decision-making functions
The functions of the information commissioner include—
deciding applications for extensions of time under schedule 4 , part 4 , item 1; and
deciding applications from non-profit organisations for financial hardship status under section 67 ; and
making, varying or revoking declarations under section 114 or 115 .
