### sec.111 Correction of mistakes in decisions This section applies if the information commissioner considers— there is an obvious error in a written decision of the commissioner; and the error resulted from an accidental slip or omission. The commissioner may, on application by a participant or on the commissioner’s own initiative, at any time correct the error.
