### sec.43 Goods left on premises under agreement that ended before commencement This section applies in relation to an agreement that ended before the commencement if goods that are not personal documents or money were left on the premises to which the agreement relates. The amount prescribed by the expired regulation, section 26 continues to apply in relation to the goods as if this regulation had not been made. The storage period prescribed by the expired regulation, section 28 continues to apply in relation to storage of the goods as if this regulation had not been made. (sec.43-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an agreement that ended before the commencement if goods that are not personal documents or money were left on the premises to which the agreement relates. (sec.43-ssec.2) The amount prescribed by the expired regulation, section 26 continues to apply in relation to the goods as if this regulation had not been made.
