### sec.27 Amount owing under a conciliation agreement or tribunal order
A reason for listing personal information about the relevant tenant in a tenancy database is—
the relevant tenant owes an amount to the lessor under the relevant agreement, arising from the relevant agreement, that the relevant tenant—
agreed to pay under a conciliation agreement; or
was ordered to pay by the tribunal; and
the time for paying the amount, under the conciliation agreement or an order of the tribunal, has passed.
- (a) the relevant tenant owes an amount to the lessor under the relevant agreement, arising from the relevant agreement, that the relevant tenant— (i) agreed to pay under a conciliation agreement; or (ii) was ordered to pay by the tribunal; and
- (i) agreed to pay under a conciliation agreement; or
- (ii) was ordered to pay by the tribunal; and
- (b) the time for paying the amount, under the conciliation agreement or an order of the tribunal, has passed.
