### sec.14 Community housing provider tenancy agreements
Schedule 4 , part 2 states the replacement terms for a community housing provider tenancy agreement.
Schedule 4 , part 1 states the information (also the tenancy information ) for the replacement terms about a residential tenancy that must be included in a community housing provider tenancy agreement.
However, the tenancy information mentioned in any of the following items of schedule 4 , part 1 is not required to be included in a community housing provider tenancy agreement—
item 1.2;
item 2.2;
item 3.2;
item 10.
The tenancy information of a community housing provider tenancy agreement is taken to include—
the following details, if a notice given under section 527C (5) (a) of the Act includes the details—
the lessor as item 1;
the lessor’s agent as item 3;
the rent amount as item 7;
the day of payment of rent as item 8;
the methods of payment of rent as item 9;
the place of payment of rent as item 10;
the payment of services for the premises as item 12;
how the services must be paid for as item 14; and
the details of the tenancy information for a former agreement, other than tenancy information mentioned in paragraph (a) .
In this section—
former agreement , in relation to a community housing provider tenancy agreement, means the existing State tenancy agreement that is terminated under section 527C (2) of the Act and replaced by the community housing provider tenancy agreement.
item , in relation to tenancy information, means an item in schedule 4 , part 1 .
(sec.14-ssec.1) Schedule 4 , part 2 states the replacement terms for a community housing provider tenancy agreement.
(sec.14-ssec.2) Schedule 4 , part 1 states the information (also the tenancy information ) for the replacement terms about a residential tenancy that must be included in a community housing provider tenancy agreement.
(sec.14-ssec.3) However, the tenancy information mentioned in any of the following items of schedule 4 , part 1 is not required to be included in a community housing provider tenancy agreement— item 1.2; item 2.2; item 3.2; item 10.
(sec.14-ssec.4) The tenancy information of a community housing provider tenancy agreement is taken to include— the following details, if a notice given under section 527C (5) (a) of the Act includes the details— the lessor as item 1; the lessor’s agent as item 3; the rent amount as item 7; the day of payment of rent as item 8; the methods of payment of rent as item 9; the place of payment of rent as item 10; the payment of services for the premises as item 12; how the services must be paid for as item 14; and the details of the tenancy information for a former agreement, other than tenancy information mentioned in paragraph (a) .
(sec.14-ssec.5) In this section— former agreement , in relation to a community housing provider tenancy agreement, means the existing State tenancy agreement that is terminated under section 527C (2) of the Act and replaced by the community housing provider tenancy agreement. item , in relation to tenancy information, means an item in schedule 4 , part 1 .
- (a) item 1.2;
- (b) item 2.2;
- (c) item 3.2;
- (d) item 10.
- (a) the following details, if a notice given under section 527C (5) (a) of the Act includes the details— (i) the lessor as item 1; (ii) the lessor’s agent as item 3; (iii) the rent amount as item 7; (iv) the day of payment of rent as item 8; (v) the methods of payment of rent as item 9; (vi) the place of payment of rent as item 10; (vii) the payment of services for the premises as item 12; (viii) how the services must be paid for as item 14; and
- (i) the lessor as item 1;
- (ii) the lessor’s agent as item 3;
- (iii) the rent amount as item 7;
- (iv) the day of payment of rent as item 8;
- (v) the methods of payment of rent as item 9;
- (vi) the place of payment of rent as item 10;
- (vii) the payment of services for the premises as item 12;
- (viii) how the services must be paid for as item 14; and
- (b) the details of the tenancy information for a former agreement, other than tenancy information mentioned in paragraph (a) .
- (i) the lessor as item 1;
- (ii) the lessor’s agent as item 3;
- (iii) the rent amount as item 7;
- (iv) the day of payment of rent as item 8;
- (v) the methods of payment of rent as item 9;
- (vi) the place of payment of rent as item 10;
- (vii) the payment of services for the premises as item 12;
- (viii) how the services must be paid for as item 14; and
