### sch.5-sec.6-oc.2 Costs apply to early ending of fixed term agreement— s 396A This clause applies if— this agreement is a fixed term agreement; and the resident ends this agreement before the term ends other than in a way permitted under the Act . The resident must pay the reletting costs under section 396A (3) . For when the resident may end this agreement early, see clause 30. This clause does not apply if, after experiencing domestic violence, the resident ends the resident’s interest in this agreement under chapter 5 , part 2 , division 3 , subdivision 2A of the Act . (sch.5-sec.6-oc.2-ssec.1) This clause applies if— this agreement is a fixed term agreement; and the resident ends this agreement before the term ends other than in a way permitted under the Act .
