### sch.5-sec.35 Provider’s agent— s 248 The name and address for service of the provider’s agent is stated in item 3. Unless a special term provides otherwise, the provider’s agent may— stand in the provider’s place in any application to the tribunal by the provider or the resident; or do any thing else the provider may do, or is required to do, under this agreement.
