### sch.4-sec.5-oc.2 Continuation of fixed term agreement— s 70 This clause applies if— this agreement is a fixed term agreement; and none of the following notices are given, or agreements or applications are made, before the day the term ends (the end day )— a notice to leave; a notice of intention to leave; an abandonment termination notice; a notice, agreement or application relating to the death of a sole tenant under section 324A ; a separate written agreement between the lessor and tenant under section 277 (a) to end this agreement. This agreement, other than a term about this agreement’s term, continues to apply after the end day on the basis that the tenant is holding over under a periodic agreement.
