### sch.4-sec.44 Lessor’s agent— s 206 The name and address for service of the lessor’s agent is stated in item 3. The lessor’s agent may— stand in the lessor’s place in any application to the tribunal by the lessor or tenant; or do any thing else the lessor may do, or is required to do, under this agreement.
