### sch.4-sec.28 Nominated repairer for emergency repairs— s 216 The lessor’s nominated repairer for emergency repairs of a particular type must be stated either— in item 17; or in a notice given by the lessor to the tenant. The notice must state— the name and telephone number of the nominated repairer; and whether or not the nominated repairer is the tenant’s first point of contact for notifying of the need for emergency repairs. The lessor must give notice to the tenant of any change of the lessor’s nominated repairer or the telephone number of the nominated repairer. This clause does not apply if— the lessor has given the tenant a telephone number of the lessor; and the lessor gives notice to the tenant that the lessor is to arrange for emergency repairs to be made to the premises.
