### sch.4-sec.20 Body corporate by-laws— s 69
The lessor must give the tenant a copy of any body corporate by-laws applicable to—
the occupation of the premises; or
any common area available for use by the tenant with the premises.
The tenant must comply with the body corporate by-laws.
Subclause (1) does not apply if—
this agreement has the effect of continuing the tenant’s right to occupy the premises under an earlier residential tenancy agreement; and
the tenant was given a copy of the body corporate by-laws in relation to the earlier agreement.
(sch.4-sec.20-ssec.1) The lessor must give the tenant a copy of any body corporate by-laws applicable to— the occupation of the premises; or any common area available for use by the tenant with the premises.
(sch.4-sec.20-ssec.2) The tenant must comply with the body corporate by-laws.
