### sch.4-sec.17 Nominated repairers
The name and telephone number of the lessor’s nominated repairer for each of the following repairs—
electrical repairs;
plumbing repairs;
other repairs.
Whether or not the nominated repairer is the tenant’s first point of contact for notifying of the need for emergency repairs.

(sch.4-sec.17-ssec.17.1) The name and telephone number of the lessor’s nominated repairer for each of the following repairs— electrical repairs; plumbing repairs; other repairs.
