### sch.4-sec.1-oc.2 Interpretation In this agreement— a reference to the premises includes a reference to any inclusions for the premises stated in item 5.2; and a reference to a numbered section is a reference to the section in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 ( the Act ) with that number; and a reference to a numbered item is a reference to the item with that number in part 1 of this agreement; and a reference to a numbered clause is a reference to the clause of this agreement with that number; and a reference to a former agreement is a reference to an existing State tenancy agreement terminated and replaced by this agreement under section 527C . - (a) a reference to the premises includes a reference to any inclusions for the premises stated in item 5.2; and - (b) a reference to a numbered section is a reference to the section in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 ( the Act ) with that number; and - (c) a reference to a numbered item is a reference to the item with that number in part 1 of this agreement; and - (d) a reference to a numbered clause is a reference to the clause of this agreement with that number; and - (e) a reference to a former agreement is a reference to an existing State tenancy agreement terminated and replaced by this agreement under section 527C .
