### sch.3-sec.46 Lessor’s agent— s 206 The name and address for service of the lessor’s agent is stated in item 3. Unless a special term provides otherwise, the lessor’s agent may— stand in the lessor’s place in any application to the tribunal by the lessor or tenant; or do any thing else the lessor may do, or is required to do, under this agreement.
