### sch.3-sec.43 Exit condition report— s 66
The tenant must, on or before the day this agreement ends, prepare and sign a condition report for the premises in the approved form.

As soon as practicable after this agreement ends, the tenant must give 1 copy of the condition report to the lessor or lessor’s agent.
when the tenant returns the keys for the premises to the lessor or lessor’s agent
The lessor or lessor’s agent must, within 3 business days after receiving the copy of the condition report—
sign the copy; and
if the lessor or lessor’s agent does not agree with the report—show the parts of the report the lessor or lessor’s agent disagrees with by marking the copy in an appropriate way; and
if the tenant has given a forwarding address to the lessor or lessor’s agent—make a copy of the report and return it to the tenant at the address.
The lessor or lessor’s agent must keep a copy of the condition report signed by both parties for at least 1 year after this agreement ends.
This clause does not apply if this agreement is terminated under section 527C .
