### sch.2-sec.52 Supply of goods and services— s 171
The lessor or lessor’s agent must not require the tenant to buy goods or services from the lessor, the lessor’s agent or a person nominated by the lessor or lessor’s agent.
Subclause (1) does not apply to—
a requirement about a service charge; or
a condition of an approval to keep a pet if the condition—
requires the carpets to be cleaned, or the premises to be fumigated, at the end of the tenancy; and
complies with clause 38; and
does not require the tenant to buy cleaning or fumigation services from a particular person or business.
