### sch.2-sec.45 Costs and expenses of relocation— s 226 The reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the tenant in complying with the notice to relocate are payable to the tenant by the lessor. The tribunal may, on application by the tenant, make an order requiring the lessor to pay the tenant the amount it considers the tenant is entitled to for the costs and expenses.
