### sch.2-sec.40 State assisted lessors or employees of lessor— s 237 This clause applies if— the lessor is an entity receiving assistance from the State to supply rented accommodation; or the tenant’s right to occupy the premises is given under the tenant’s terms of employment. The tenant may transfer the whole or part of the tenant’s interest under this agreement, or sublet the premises, only if the lessor agrees in writing to the transfer or subletting. (sch.2-sec.40-ssec.1) This clause applies if— the lessor is an entity receiving assistance from the State to supply rented accommodation; or the tenant’s right to occupy the premises is given under the tenant’s terms of employment.
