### sch.2-sec.36 Tenant responsible for pets and other animals— s 184C The tenant is responsible for all nuisance caused by a pet or other animal kept at the premises, including, for example, noise caused by the pet or other animal. The tenant is responsible for repairing any damage to the premises caused by the pet or other animal. Damage to the premises caused by the pet or other animal is not fair wear and tear. (sch.2-sec.36-ssec.1) The tenant is responsible for all nuisance caused by a pet or other animal kept at the premises, including, for example, noise caused by the pet or other animal. (sch.2-sec.36-ssec.2) The tenant is responsible for repairing any damage to the premises caused by the pet or other animal.
