### sch.2-sec.25 Tenant’s obligations generally— ss 188 and 190
If the premises are site-only premises, the tenant must keep the premises in a way that does not detract from the general standards of the moveable dwelling park, or other general area, where the premises are situated.
The tenant’s obligation under subclause (1) applies having regard to the condition of the premises at the start of the tenancy and any improvements made later by the lessor.
If the premises are not site-only premises, the tenant—
must keep the premises clean, having regard to their condition at the start of the tenancy; and
must not maliciously damage, or allow someone else to maliciously damage, the premises.
However, the tenant’s obligations under subclause (3) do not apply to the extent the obligations would have the effect of requiring the tenant to repair, or compensate the lessor for, damage to the premises caused by an act of domestic violence experienced by the tenant.
