### sch.2-sec.20 Lessor’s right to enter the premises— ss 192 – 199
The lessor or lessor’s agent may enter the premises during the tenancy only if the obligations under sections 192 to 199 have been complied with.
Under section 193 (4) , the lessor or lessor’s agent may enter the site of the moveable dwelling to carry out maintenance of the site without giving the notice of entry required by section 193 (1) if—
a special term states the frequency with which the entry is required for carrying out the maintenance and the conditions under which the entry may be made; and
the entry is made in accordance with the special term.

(sch.2-sec.20-ssec.1) The lessor or lessor’s agent may enter the premises during the tenancy only if the obligations under sections 192 to 199 have been complied with.
