### sch.2-sec.14-oc.2 Increase in rental bond— s 154 The tenant must increase the rental bond if— the rent increases and the lessor gives notice to the tenant to increase the bond; and the notice is given at least 11 months after— this agreement started; or if the bond has been increased previously, following a notice given under this clause—the day stated in the notice, or the last notice, for making the increase. The notice must state the increased amount and a day by which the increase must be made. For subclause (2), the day must be at least 1 month after the notice is given to the tenant.
