### sch.1-sec.7-oc.2 Costs apply to early ending of fixed term agreement— s 357A This clause applies if— this agreement is a fixed term agreement; and the tenant ends this agreement before the term ends other than in a way permitted under the Act . The tenant must pay the reletting costs under section 357A (3) . For when the tenant may end this agreement early, see clause 40 and the information statement. This clause does not apply if, after experiencing domestic violence, the tenant ends the tenant’s interest in this agreement under chapter 5 , part 1 , division 3 , subdivision 2A of the Act . (sch.1-sec.7-oc.2-ssec.1) This clause applies if— this agreement is a fixed term agreement; and the tenant ends this agreement before the term ends other than in a way permitted under the Act .
