### sch.1-sec.15-oc.2 Outgoings— s 163
The lessor must pay all charges, levies, premiums, rates or taxes for the premises, other than a service charge for the premises.
body corporate levies, council general rates, sewerage charges, environment levies, land tax
This clause does not apply if—
the lessor is the State; and
rent is not payable under this agreement; and
the tenant is an entity receiving financial or other assistance from the State to supply rented accommodation to persons.
