### sec.78 Resident’s copy of agreement The provider or provider’s agent must give the document prepared for section 77 to the resident for signing on or before the day the resident occupies the room in rental premises under the agreement. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Within 3 days after receiving the document signed by the resident, the provider or provider’s agent must sign the document and return a copy signed by both parties to the resident. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
