### sec.75 Contracting out prohibited An agreement or arrangement is void to the extent to which it purports to exclude, change or restrict the application or operation of a provision of this Act about the terms of a rooming accommodation agreement. A person must not enter into an agreement or arrangement with the intention, either directly or indirectly, of defeating, evading or preventing the operation of this Act. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. In this section— agreement includes an agreement that is not a rooming accommodation agreement.
