### sec.73 Standard terms
A regulation may prescribe terms for inclusion in a rooming accommodation agreement.
The terms prescribed for this section are the standard terms of a rooming accommodation agreement.
Under section 77 (2) (a) , every rooming accommodation agreement must include the standard terms.
