### sec.68 Park rules
This section applies only to moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park.
The lessor or lessor’s agent must give to the tenant, as required by this section—
a copy of the park rules; and
if a park rule is changed—a copy of the rule as changed.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
The copy of the park rules must be given to the tenant—
if the tenancy is a long tenancy (moveable dwelling)—when the agreement is given to the tenant for signing; or
if the tenancy is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling)—at the start of the agreement.
The copy of a park rule as changed must be given to the tenant as soon as practicable after the change takes effect.
If a lessor or agent complies with subsection (2) for a tenant under a residential tenancy agreement, subsections (2) (a) and (3) do not apply in relation to a later residential tenancy agreement that continues the tenant’s right to occupy the same premises.
