### sec.63 Period lessor or lessor’s agent must keep agreement The lessor or lessor’s agent must keep a copy of the agreement prepared for section 61 for a period of 1 year after the term of agreement ends. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) applies whether or not the agreement has been signed by all the parties to the agreement.
