### sec.548 Rental bonds held for premises or rooming accommodation on university campus
This section applies to the following agreements (each a prescribed agreement )—
a residential tenancy agreement for premises within the external boundary of a university’s campus mentioned in section 33(1)(b);
a rooming accommodation agreement for a room in rental premises within the external boundary of a university’s campus mentioned in section 44(1)(f).
The provisions of this Act that apply to a prescribed agreement do not apply until a day prescribed by regulation.
If a person holds a rental bond for a prescribed agreement on the day prescribed under subsection (2), the person is taken, for section 116, to have received the rental bond on that day.
(sec.548-ssec.1) This section applies to the following agreements (each a prescribed agreement )— a residential tenancy agreement for premises within the external boundary of a university’s campus mentioned in section 33(1)(b); a rooming accommodation agreement for a room in rental premises within the external boundary of a university’s campus mentioned in section 44(1)(f).
(sec.548-ssec.2) The provisions of this Act that apply to a prescribed agreement do not apply until a day prescribed by regulation.
(sec.548-ssec.3) If a person holds a rental bond for a prescribed agreement on the day prescribed under subsection (2), the person is taken, for section 116, to have received the rental bond on that day.
