### sec.544 Agreements to which repealed Acts did not apply or would not have applied
This section applies to an agreement, whether entered into before or after the commencement (a prescribed agreement ), if—
a repealed Act did not apply, or would not have applied, to the agreement; and
the agreement is an agreement to which this Act would apply except for this section.
The provisions of this Act do not apply to the prescribed agreement until a day prescribed by regulation.
Despite subsection (2), the provisions of this Act apply to a prescribed agreement if—
the agreement is entered into between the commencement and the day prescribed under subsection (2); and
the agreement states that it is made under this Act.
(sec.544-ssec.1) This section applies to an agreement, whether entered into before or after the commencement (a prescribed agreement ), if— a repealed Act did not apply, or would not have applied, to the agreement; and the agreement is an agreement to which this Act would apply except for this section.
