### sec.482A Banking arrangements for rental bond account The Treasurer may give the authority a direction about the banking arrangements for the rental bond account. A direction must be consistent with requirements applying to the authority under this or another Act. A direction may require or authorise the keeping of a rental bond account that is comprised of 2 or more bank accounts. The authority must comply with a direction under this section. s 482A ins 2022 No. 10 s 12 (sec.482A-ssec.1) The Treasurer may give the authority a direction about the banking arrangements for the rental bond account.
