### sec.460 Application to tribunal about breach
A person (the tenant ) who claims there has been a breach of section 459 (1) , relating to the listing of personal information about the tenant on a tenancy database, may apply to a tribunal about the breach.
The application may only be made within 6 months after the tenant becomes aware of the breach.
If the tribunal decides there has been a breach, it may—
order a person to take stated steps to remedy the breach; or
make another order it considers appropriate.
