### sec.46 Purpose of division
This division provides for the classifying of tenancies of moveable dwelling premises as either short or long tenancies.
For some matters, the way this Act applies to a residential tenancy of moveable dwelling premises depends on whether the tenancy is a short or long tenancy.
Section 61 (which requires written agreements) applies to a long tenancy (moveable dwelling), but does not apply to a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).
Section 68 requires a copy of park rules to be given to the tenant at different times depending on whether the tenancy is a long tenancy (moveable dwelling) or short tenancy (moveable dwelling).
