### sec.459B Ensuring quality of listing—database operators
This section applies if a lessor or lessor’s agent gives a database operator notice under section 459A for personal information in the database operator’s tenancy database.
If the notice states that the information is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous but not out of date, the database operator must, within 14 days from the day the notice is given, amend the information in the way stated in the notice.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
If the notice states that the information is out of date, the database operator must, within 14 days from the day the notice is given, remove the information from the tenancy database.
