### sec.452 Obstruction of authorised person
In this section—
authorised person includes a person who is authorised by an authorised person to take action under part 2 .
A person must not obstruct an authorised person in the exercise of a power under this Act, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
