### sec.430 Disputes between cotenants or coresidents about rental bonds
If there is a dispute between cotenants or coresidents about a rental bond for an agreement, any cotenant or coresident may apply to a tribunal for an order, and the tribunal may make any order it considers appropriate, to resolve the dispute.
The tribunal may not make an order under this section without giving the lessor or provider an opportunity to be heard on the application.
(sec.430-ssec.1) If there is a dispute between cotenants or coresidents about a rental bond for an agreement, any cotenant or coresident may apply to a tribunal for an order, and the tribunal may make any order it considers appropriate, to resolve the dispute.
