### sec.405 Limited right of representation
During the conciliation process, each party to the dispute must conduct the party’s own case.
However, a party may be represented by a person if—
the party is a corporation or the conciliator is satisfied, and continues to be satisfied, a person should be allowed to represent the party; and
the representative is approved by the conciliator.
(sec.405-ssec.1) During the conciliation process, each party to the dispute must conduct the party’s own case.
(sec.405-ssec.2) However, a party may be represented by a person if— the party is a corporation or the conciliator is satisfied, and continues to be satisfied, a person should be allowed to represent the party; and the representative is approved by the conciliator.
