### sec.402 Making dispute resolution request
A lessor or tenant may make a request (a dispute resolution request ) to the authority asking it to try to resolve a tenancy dispute.
Also, a provider or resident may make a request (also a dispute resolution request ) to the authority asking it to try to resolve a rooming accommodation dispute.
The dispute resolution request must be in the approved form.
