### sec.400 Appointment of conciliators
The chief executive officer may appoint conciliators for this Act.
The chief executive officer may appoint a person as a conciliator only if the chief executive officer is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.
Without limiting subsection (2) , the chief executive officer may be satisfied a person has the necessary expertise or experience because the person has satisfactorily completed the training approved by the chief executive officer for this section.
(sec.400-ssec.1) The chief executive officer may appoint conciliators for this Act.
(sec.400-ssec.2) The chief executive officer may appoint a person as a conciliator only if the chief executive officer is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.
(sec.400-ssec.3) Without limiting subsection (2) , the chief executive officer may be satisfied a person has the necessary expertise or experience because the person has satisfactorily completed the training approved by the chief executive officer for this section.
