### sec.4 Rights and remedies of persons
A right or remedy given to a person under this Act is in addition to, and not in substitution for, a right or remedy the person would have apart from this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1) , this Act does not operate to reduce the effect of a right or remedy a person would have apart from this Act.
In subsections (1) and (2) , a reference to a right or remedy a person would have apart from this Act is a reference to a right or remedy that is not inconsistent with this Act.
(sec.4-ssec.1) A right or remedy given to a person under this Act is in addition to, and not in substitution for, a right or remedy the person would have apart from this Act.
(sec.4-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , this Act does not operate to reduce the effect of a right or remedy a person would have apart from this Act.
(sec.4-ssec.3) In subsections (1) and (2) , a reference to a right or remedy a person would have apart from this Act is a reference to a right or remedy that is not inconsistent with this Act.
